Many a weight loss program will try to sell you a program that involves measuring your food, weighing yourself daily, and eating pre-packaged meals.  These components are simply not sustainable in the long run.  What do you do when you have to cook on your own and are no longer paying for prepackaged meals?  What do you do when you are on vacation?  What do you do when you go out to eat?  Eating is a social, enjoyable activity.  Don’t kill the joy of eating with diet guilt fueled by criteria that can’t be met day in and day out, decade after decade.
